A NEW APPROACH TO CREATING THE PRO FOOTBALLERS OF THE FUTURE
REWARDING EXCELLENCE IN A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT
For decades the world of martial arts has rewarded individual excellence and progression with coloured belts. The color of a students belt not only signifies the level of skill the student possesses but also acts as point of inspiration for the other students, giving them something to strive for in order to prove their level of competence when compared to their peers.
Football has never had such a ranking system ... until now. Rept Academy is proud to announce the world's first shirt ranking system. Starting at 'Green Shirt', students will be put through their paces each week by our expert coaches with the aim of rising through the Rept Academy shirt ranks and eventually earning the coveted 'Black Shirt'.
Rept Academy is a fun, but competitive environment where the emphasis is very much on creating the football superstars of the future. Shirts will not be given away, but instead earnt in a series of monthly challenges where students will be put up against their peers in '1 on 1' games in 'The Dojo'.
THE FINE LINE BETWEEN EARNING THE SHIRT AND MISSING OUT
If you want to level up and reach the next shirt you will have to prove you have the skills to take on the best. Throughout each month our coaches will be watching to see who has improved the most and taken on board the technique and skills taught to them. At the end of the month 2 students will be chosen to take part in 'The Dojo Challenge' to decide who takes the coveted shirt.
'The Dojo Challenge' is a 5 minute game of '1 on 1' football in which the result is determined by who scores the most amount of goals. Possession and attacking is key in such a small space, with penalties given for players playing too defensive. 'The Dojo Challenge' pushes the boundaries for students testing their possession based play, their close ball skills, their football intelligence and their vision.
The rules are simple ... show off, attack, keep the ball, score goals ... and the winner ... gets the shirt! Good luck!
